KODAK PIXPRO AZ255-BK 25x Optical Zoom Digital Camera

Great camera. Bought it for my wife, but I had to learn it before she used it so I could teach her (her words not mine lol) Spend sometime with it, and you'll learn to love it. I'm a beginner but after spending sometime learning every detail (or almost every detail) I'm very pleased. 10/10

i dont like that the quality is still as choppy as it is sometimes with this camera. it is an amazing camera otherwise though. takes amazing pictures and automatically focuses on the face in the picture to help you get higher quality images of people. it also has settings that you can take some beautiful scenery pictures as well.

Picked this for my Daughter of her X-MAS wishlist. She already knew how to use it and what it can do since she has used her friends before on a cruise 📷🛳️🏝️ She absolutely loves her camera ! This is a great little camera and a great gift for someone else.

Pros: Good picture quality, fairly easy to use and has priority and manual settings, grip shape makes it easy to hold steady. Cons: no manual focus in any mode, poor autofocus of dim landscape photos at dawn and dusk, no internal rechargeable battery unless you buy rechargeable AA batteries. This is a great camera for the price. I like the way they designed the grip to imitate expensive SLR cameras as it makes it very easy to hold steady. Autofocus works well in bright lighting, but has trouble in low light situations (don't they all? lol) The 25x optical zoom is great, and more than enough for my needs. I would say this is a good camera for folks who have a compact "point and shoot" camera, and want to go to the next level of photo composition. Not so expensive that it will break the bank, but not so cheap that it falls apart. I've had it for four or five months now, and it hasn't failed me yet. Seems well made, and will last many years.

Purchased this camera, knowing that I needed to take product shots for my business. It was so easy to set up and I also read in the reviews that the battery life didn't last for very long. I think that was with the batteries that came with the camera, because when I change them out and put my own Duracell batteries in it lasted for a very long time. Just keep that in mind definitely more settings than I needed but I'm getting to know the camera and I'm excited to use it for other things as well. Great Find Also, this doesn't come with a memory card so be sure to get one when you order.

Camera is super easy to use. Can either use batteries or be charged. Quality is decent, looks really good during sunset pictures or sunny pictures. Have yet to use it at night but flash is great!

The issue wasn't with the camera. I just paid $200 for a “brand new” KODAK camera but what I got was clearly a return you charged me full price for. The box wasn't sealed. The strap and USB cable were loose in the bottom like it had been thrown back in by an angry toddler. Even the protective film had been peeled off the screen and lens and replaced with a giant, greasy fingerprint smack in the middle of the display. Then on top of all that there was No instruction manual. None. Zero. Negative. This wasn't a “NEW WITH MINOR SHELF WEAR" camera, this was supposed to be NEW. I guess you thought I would settle, but not me. I was going to return it but first I called Kodak directly to confirm how a brand-new unit is supposed to arrive, and even they were shocked. They're replacing it for me with the upgraded model at no cost because they said what I received was unacceptable. That doesn't fix the fact that Walmart took my $200 and tried to hand me someone else's sloppy seconds. This isn't the first time I've gotten obvious returns from you guys either. Just because I shop online doesn't give you a free pass to dump your returned electronics on me at full retail. I work hard for my money and $200 is a lot to me. I expect to get what I pay for and not someone's leftovers. I spend ALOT of money with y'all, this was a major disappointment.

My first digital camera was a Kodak 4 MP with 4x optical zoom. Next I bought a 7 MP Kodak . They both had very good construction and I loved using them. The AZ255 that I received, feels and looks very cheap. Opening the compartment to get to the memory card is harder than it should be. The quality there is awful. This is a disgrace to the Kodak name.

This was truly not worth $180 some bucks. I bought one for my grandson a Canon for under 70 bucks and it was so much better. I returned this one.
