Kodiak Cakes Muffin Unleashed Blueberry Muffin in a Cup 2.29 OZ Box

I love this Blueberry Kodiak Muffin Power Cup for breakfast. It's very filling for such a small cup and has a good amount of protein and whole grains, so it actually keeps me satisfied. It's also super quick and easy to make — just add water or milk, microwave for about a minute, and it's ready. The blueberry flavor is really nice, not too sweet, and it goes perfectly with my morning tea. This has become one of my go‑to breakfasts for busy mornings.

I really am a huge fan of these protein muffins! I feel full after eating a warm freshly baked treat that you are going to cook in a minute and enjoy each bite! I am thrilled that I received one in a gift basket of healthy foods when I was extremely sick. I went for a 12 pack right after that 1st one! I eat them in the evenings too when I am having a hard time getting to sleep. Having a delicious fresh baked muffin in 2 minutes tops you are holding a warm snack eating a very easy instant tasty muffin, relaxing and hits that warmth inside that is comforting. I do feel better relaxed and ready for sleeping! These muffins are so very good i plan a staple of them now so i will eat a delicious healthy muffin and without a doubt freah tasty and healthy!

I love the Kodiak products. This muffin is very good tasting and very fast to prepare and cooik. You add water, stir well, and microwave for a short time. The blueberries taste good and the flavor is really tasty. These are single serving and prepare quickly. You can take them to work and have it as a snack.

Have yet to try a Kodiak product that I didn't like. Enjoy this flavor, and of course the nutrition on these is above average for a muffin.

The Kodiak blueberry muffin in a cup is currently my favorite breakfast at the moment. It goes well with my cup of tea and is so easy/quick to make on the go.

These are an easy to prepare breakfast items that have a decent amount of protein for the serving serving. They satisfy you until your next meal, especially if combined with other food.

I love all the Kodiak products. Very tasty, easy to mix, cook perfect every time. The only drawback is they cost more than I like to spend on a tasty treat, but compared to the same type of products by other manufacturers they cost about the same and far better tasting. I buy these regularly for my mom who doesn’t cook but definitely can microwave and she loves them.

Really good! It's fast (only a minute in the microwave). When it comes out I add some butter to it and frozen blueberries and it melts in while it's cooling down.

I was looking to have something else for breakfast, so I prepared it with water , heated it in the microwave and found it to be very dry. I was out of milk, but added a splash of French vanilla coffee creamer to the blueberry muffin mix and then I quite enjoyed it.

Just no. It tastes like it’s full of pepper and maybe like Mac n cheese or something it’s super weird and not good at all! Skip!
