This is the first time I have used a mouth guard. I grind my teeth in my sleep and wake up with my jaw hurting and a headache in the morning. I've only used a few days and I can feel the difference.
I never used a mouth guard before so I bought this product because it was small yet adjustable. It worked amazingly. Even though I still grind my teeth, I am not doing any damage and lessened the grinding because my teeth have a soft barrier to keep them from biting down.
I've been using this night guard for a few days now, and it's made a noticeable difference. I used to wake up with jaw pain and tension headaches from grinding my teeth at night, but that's almost completely gone since I started wearing it. The fit is comfortable and secure—it stays in place all night without feeling bulky.
My son has had braces and his teeth are perfectly straight but somehow this made his bite off and when he started pressure on it from clinching his jaw it slipped out from between his teeth and almost choked him. And no, he is not a child. He'll be 20 soon.
No matter how many times I rinsed or washed this item, I felt like chemicals were steadily leaching into my mouth. My tongue felt kind of numb. Like after a Listerine rinse when you've spit 7 times and you still feel like you're swallowing tiny bits of chemicals throughout the night. It felt like the guard was subtly sliding all around my mouth and wouldn't stay in place. I found my self constantly trying to put it in place with my tongue. But i'm pretty sure I didn't grind my teeth, so I guess it deserves a star or two.
The pads are the perfect size but the attaching adjusters are to soft and hard to adjust and keep in place
This mouth guard is quite small and flimsy, compared to dentec. It also does not come with a container.
This is a choking hazar. the plastic piece that connects the bite guard pieces is flimsier than a rubber band. Someone is going to choke on this thing.
Flimsy. So flimsy you can't adjust it. Junk and a waste of money. Have a similar one a little stiffer much better but twice the price also for a 5 cent piece of plastic. No great options. Rip off.
This did fit nice on my teeth compared to others and didn't hurt or bother me. I like that you can adjust it. My only issue is it did not stay in place and I was afraid if I opened my mouth a little while sleeping I would choke on it. It did not work for me and I returned it but it might work for you 😌
