Straightforward and simple to put together. The handles are nice. Note: I tried using this for a 20k lb. winch and had to flip it upside down to make it work. It doesn't say for a Winch that big but bolted my winch up, welded it and flipped the carrying handles. If wanting to use it the right way, I don't recommend buying for Winch over 13,500 lbs. It doesn't come with a winch cover either so be mindful of that

Haven't used as of today, but it makes it much easier to mount and use your winch on a rear application without actually mounting to front of my truck. If you have a atv just back to where you need to pull it out. My application is to load a vehicle onto acar trailer. motor seized and need to move to a location I can repair it.

Package came when expected. No damage to box. Product was heavy duty nicely painted with thick coat of paint . No directions in the box telling you which way bolts should go so could be a problem if someone didn't know how it should be. The only thing I didn't care for is I wish it came with stainless steel nuts and bolts,otherwise it performed well for what i needed.
