This product here at Walmart is the least expensive. Other places sell the same exact product for 50-65 dollars more. Assembling it was very easy. My only suggestion would be that the manufacturer should lubricant ALL joints when it is manufactured. If you don't do it it will rust the first time it gets wet.

The box fell open during shipping and the tube framing was damaged and parts were missing. i will fix it myself as opposed to returning.

Poor quality welds on the actual hitch

Rack had obvious been put together and found to be defective before it was sent to me. Most of the inside packaging was open and zip ties cut. Arm where the rack can be raised and lowered was welded crooked and the pin to lock it in the up or down position would not line up properly. If you get one skip to the last step and check the arm alignment before putting the entire thing together and save yourself a huge headache.

Arrived to my house with a damaged box. I didn't even bother open it

We should've returned it, but we needed it for our camping weekend. It already showed signs of rust on it. Once installed it, drooped to the right hand side. Used it twice. Wish I could return it.
