Bought this to replace a plastic one. It has worked out well. The "arms" are flexible enough to add a roll of towels and enough tension to keep you from unrolling more than you need. Easy two screw mounting.

We love this paper towel holder. They used to sell the plastic ones but they would snap and they didn't last long. The ones that they sell in the store are straight up and it makes it hard to rip pieces of paper towels. This one is made medal and it's very easy to rip a towel. This will last a long time. I would definitely buy another one again and I would recommend this one if you want a nice paper towel rack that's much better than all the rest!!! We love it.

Overall I think this product does the job I needed it to and I recommend it. It looks like it will hold up for a good long while.

Works fine with average roll of paper towels, but jumbo rolls do not fit in the space provided, even though you can bend the holder a little. The style is modern looking, and the installation was simple and easy.

this item is functional with standard sized rolls in the HORIZONTAL orientation. But it is seriously lacking when using larger rolls or when mounted vertically.

On line ordering is terrible not just with this product but cat litter boxes as well I have been battling this issue for over a month now buy and nothing arrives reorder and again nothing arrives again and can't get help from anyone Roger Kiser chicken soup for the soul books

Doesn't hold a mega paper towel well. Stainless steel damages cardboard with sharpness on cardboard interior of paper towels. I returned mine.
