Great Substrate
One star for gravel content because this non-gravel product contains no gravel, in a triflingly disappointing but not unexpected development. Works great as an odor-and moisture absorbent substrate for reptile enclosures, and naturally resists fungus. Can be used with quantities of sphagnum moss or calcium carbonate (reptile sand) for additional absorbency, but doesn't really need it. Easily lasts three to six months for lizards and snakes, but you don't need a whole brick for a 20 gallon aquarium, for instance, half a brick plus four cups of warm water is more than enough.

DANGER HEALTH HAZZARD
DO NOT BUY!!!! If you are using this for your reptile be aware of white plastic string in the bricks . If any reptile ingests this they would surely die. Found several in 3 seperate bricks .
