Unbelievable. Its majic, as someone who has suffered from ibs-c for 20 years , when i tell you its a game changer it is. Took few days to work for me because I typically go number 2 every 10 days. Im on my second bag, i have went the bathroom probably 45 out of 50 days. Try it!! I put in juice because it doesn't have the best taste. N it doesn't give you diarrhea its just regular bathroom episodes. 6 stars!

I have tried all the fibers on the market. None work as efficiently as Konsyl. You get maximum results without diarrhea, or cramping. I take the daily recommended dose at 5pm. First thing the next morning, I get results. Quick and easy.

I take this three times a day after every meal. It is very easy to take and digest and the taste is neutral. I would highly recommend this product, especially if you are taking iron supplements, which can cause constipation.

The product is excellent, we have been using it for years. Walmart's delivery service, made my day as we were unable to go out.

My surgeon recommended this product. Others, like Metamucil have added ingredients, this one is psyllium fiber only.

The medicine is still the same but the container is different. It was much better in the solid plastic container than in the pouch. We have saved the old containers for reuse. WalMart's price was by far the best!

Don't know why Konsyl changed the packaging of this product from a plastic container to a soft pack bag. Still very expensive, even with soft pack. Terrible idea, especially for keeping the contents fresh. Availability is poor. Still the same great psyllium fiber though. It works!

This works well but the taste is awful. I would suggest that you mix into a smoothie. It is also hard to blend. Again it work better that other brands.

I ordered this item for pick up. The order was not completed. Instead I received one container and two of a different product I do not use. I ordered psyllium powder without additives. I received two containers of Great Value fiber with orange flavoring and sweetener. I add this to my food! Do I want every recipe I make artificially sweetened and orange flavored? NO!!!
