Konsyl Psyllium may not be as tasty or easy to mix as other products but it works much better. If you are taking Benifiber (wheat dextrin) or Metamucil (added sugars, artificial sweeteners like aspartame, and fillers like maltodextrin) and have bloating, try Konsyl instead.

Konsyl is the best solution to constipation - no pun intended. It is a natural product, and it works better than laxatives which in general have their downside - and laxatives are not natural, but mainly chemical. Konsyl is tasteless in water, though slightly granular in texture. And Konsyl requires about 2 minutes of stirring. But it's worth it because it works without side effects, and it is economical if used once daily.

We buy this product for our 14 year old dog! The vet recommended it to help with digestive issues! I gave it 3 stars for taste because she hesitates to eat it, but eventually does. Also, the powder is very fine and sometimes gets everywhere when trying to scoop it out of the package. But, it really is helping our dog!

This brand of Psyllium Fiber Powder provides a product that mixes well with water with a neutral taste. Sometimes psyllium powder can taste like dirt, but that's not the case with Konsyl. I use a shaker cup and give it about a ten count to shake. It will gel quickly if you use room temperature water, so best to use chilled water. That lets you drink it down before it gels and then work its magic inside you.

Don't be fooled by generic versions!!! This is POWDERED pysllium husks, not "ground" seeds, HUGE difference. Dissolves completely.

Much better than the orange flavored powder. I mix this with tomato vegetable juice or almond milk. I use an immersion blender and it mixes easily. I like that it doesn't have a flavor.

The product was tasteless which made it very versatile. It can be added to hot or cold drinks/food i.e oatmeal or overnight oats. Additional benefit is that it doesn't contain sugar or artificial sweetener. It is a bit gritty for water or juice but when mixed into a smoothie or milk it's hardly noticeable.

Honestly? I never even tried this. When I got the package, I read the ingredients—and saw the California warning label for possible lead content and immediately tossed it in the trash... sorry, did the same thing with some wakimi seaweed once ( bought for the iodine, then read the warning label...OMG!) For the record, I didn't buy that item from here. There you go.
