Korky Plus Standard 2-Inch Universal Rubber Toilet Flapper

I feel extremely proud of myself as a woman that I changed the flap in my toilet bowl by myself. I did not wanna pay a plumber to just change such a simple part. I watch a lot of videos on YouTube on how to do it yourself and the only thing that was complicated about it was disconnecting it from that little chain that's connected to that stick that's connected to the lever that you push to flush the toilet that was nerve-racking because I didn't wanna be rough with it, trying to yank the chain off and break it you know and then I would have to call a plumber. You know the last time I had to call a plumber in my condo for a simple spout replacement it cost me 650 bucks and I could've probably do it myself by watching YouTube videos but anyhow I did it myself. I changed the flapper and it was very simple. Just the chain part was a little bit hard to remove, but once you get that chain part off and you connect the new one all you have to do is put that two little hooks onto that hook that's already inside and once you connect both press, the lever and there you go it works like the original and it fit like a glove just so that anyone who wants to do it themselves just make sure that you look at the brand of toilet bowl that you have just to make sure because there's a different one for every toilet bowl brand some is 2 inches open and some is 3 inches open. I didn't even know any of that stuff so just google the brand of toilet bowl or toilet that you have and it will tell you on Google if you need the one that's 2 inches or 3 inches when it opens when you flush it so that's what makes a difference so mine fits a 2 inch and it worked beautifully and I tested it multiple different times and I feel like I won the lottery because it was just so amazing that I did that by myself and I saved myself a money without having to call a plumber to do that. Yay me !!!! I love that little flap and it's pretty cool and I didn't have to turn off the water to to install it You know I just took the old one off and it drains by itself the water and while it is draining, I just hook on the new one and that's it. You didn't have to do all that extra turning off the water stuff or whatever but yeah it works like the original. I love it buy it.!!!!!!!!!! so far so good

I've bought this flap before and it stopped my toilet from let ting the water run in the toilet so i bought another one for the other toilet works great

The plumbing people will charge $131.00 to install this flapper. Yes i hurried to walmart for purchase and back home to install. Easy installation and works well

But it was a good price was able to put take the old one off and put it on all by myself. Very easy to put on work Perfect yes I would say it was very goodbye because it worked out perfect that shut the toilet off and on, and I had water running and I keep turning it off until I can get that part on. I finally got it on, but it was really easy to put on just a snap the rubber things over too little clips and it's ready to go.

since I use great value bleach tablets to keep my tank and toilet clean I have to replace the flapper about once every 6 to 8 months. but I will not go without my bleach tablets what a Wonder and you don't have to ever lift a finger I just wash the commode once a week and it really doesn't need it at that. these flappers work well for my commode.

Corky is the only brand I buy, others harder to install and do not last. I always keep an extra on hand to replace a failing one once toilet continues to run and waste water, which eventually happens. Walmart.com price and fast delivery are good too.

This was very easy to install. It works much better than the old one I replaced. It only took about 5 minutes, and it was working exactly the way it's supposed to. I recommend this whether or not you're handy, since it required no tools or knowledge of how plumbing works. Just remove the old and replace it with this.
