Korky Premium Large 3-Inch Universal Rubber Toilet Flapper

I searched and searched for this particular item and even the manufacturer didn't have it longer. The manufacturer was extremely helpful but sent me on a goose chase. Continued my search on Google and FOUND IT BACK WHERE I STARTED MY SEARCH, WALMART! UNBELIEVABLE

The 1st 1 I ordered was defective, and no one realized it. So, I bought the other size. (It appears that there are only 2 sizes of tank flappers.) The 2nd 1 was too small. Someone suggested that I order another 1 of these on the off chance that the 1 I received was defective. So, I ordered another 1 of this 1. It worked perfectly. I highly recommend this toilet flapper.

I am renovating the 'cottage' out back where my parents lived before they passed. One of the things that I saw was that the toilet was leaking, causing the water to run intermittently. I was a bit concerned when I started shopping for a replacement because this was a Jacuzzi toilet and from what I read, it had a proprietary flapper. It needed a specific, large diameter flapper. And as most of us know, anything proprietary usually costs 3 times what it should. Well, I read about this Korky and it sounded like it would fit, and Korky has a great reputation, so I ordered it. And when it arrived I got my grin going. Right there on the package it listed my toilet as a direct fit. And it was. Installation was super easy. It took less than 5 minutes. And when I was done there was not a drop to be dripped. That was about a week ago and the toilet has not run on its own since I installed it. And that is about all I have to say about it. It fit. Problem solved. But I will add just a note about the mechanism by which it has such a wide application. It has a little rotating dial on it. You look your toilet up in the booklet, set the dial to whatever it says for your toilet, and you are done. Very versatile. Korky has earned a repeat customer.

The toilet in my master bath kept running. I turned off the water to the toilet, looked online at Walmart. com, ordered it and was delivered to my door in 1 hour. I replaced within 5 minuyes, turned water back on and no more running water! To be clear, I am a 78 year young female, and this install was VERY EASY!!

I don't know much about toilets or plumbing, but I knew the plumber wanting to charge me over two hundred dollers to rebuild the guts of my toilet was absurd in order to fix the leak. So I purchased this toilet flapped instead and successfully fixed the leak myself. Something I was unaware of about this flapper was that it is has a ring on the underside that your turn to match a setting on your particular toilet model--I think this sets the amount of water that fills the tank and/or bowl. Luckily, toilet model was stamped on the inside of the tank and I was on my way. Anyways, no pesky little leaks with random running water. I am happy with the solution.

The flapper worked perfectly for the 3 inch opening. Easier puting this one on than taking the old one off. I had to loop the hook into a couple chain links to make the chain short enough for my toilet's flush arm to be able to pull the flap up when the toilet gets flushed.

My toilet was making the hissing sound. So before a plumber comes %26 charges us again $375 (for this simple task literally) I decided to change it myself. It was easy to install in less than 30 mins. Flapper was wrong size for my toilet so I had to buy it separately. But nonetheless, works fine and no more hissing sound!! Yay me!!

This was super easy to install and fit my toilet. It was a big improvement over what it replaced (ease of pressing the handle).

The product is great. Walmart delivered this item to another address, not mine, I never received it. I did order another one from Amazon, and it works great.

This rubber in this flapper separated within 10 days of installation and needed to call a plumber to stop toilet from running constantly. Very poor quality.
