I recently purchased a pack of 10 identical tent spikes on Amazon. These have 2 spikes less, but came with a pouch to store/transport the spikes in. That's a nice touch. Overall these tent spikes do a fantastic job at keeping your tent/canopy/tarp secured to the ground. We had to contend with high winds and rain at an outdoor venue which offered us an opportunity to test if the spikes would keep the canopy on the ground. Not only did they our 10x10 canopy on the ground, but they never budged nor the canopy! I will definitely buy these again when needed and recommend these tent spikes to anyone that enjoys the outdoors. Thanks to the seller. Great product!

These work very well and hold in the ground well.

We have large inflatables from Halloween through Christmas. We live on a windy hill. The stakes that come with inflatables are worthless. I’ve tried different types of stakes over the years and had medium winds pull even the serrated stakes out of the ground. These are the best! They twist into/out of the ground easily but stay solidly in the ground. I even tripped over the tie down line of our 10’ Santa in the dark (twice) one night while putting out more lights and the stakes didn’t budge! In the photo below it is actually windy outside and out Santa doesn’t budge. We had a big storm recently and the 10’ Santa and the 6’ long train stayed in place. I bought another set to have extras on hand for other projects.

Held up to the windiest days holding down my lawn decorations. Others just slid out.

I used these to stake down my xmas decorations. What I liked was they are longer and the way they are designed as you hammer them in they are like a drill and really seem to secure themselves into the ground. I definitely plan on getting some more, they are a bit pricey compared to others but we'll worth it

Lightweight, but not quite as strong as metal stakes. Carbon fiber stakes are the best, but expensive. Should be fine for a weekend camping trip, but I wouldn't take them on a week-long backpacking trip.

Although way ultimately did not end up keeping this item I did feel it was very strong for its intended purpose. I originally purchased them to hold up a pop-up canopy, but then decided that they were too fat for the ground and I was going to be moving the canopy often And the stakes because they were fat would leave a larger hole in my grass which I did not want. I did like the fat that they are yellow so you could see them in the ground for safety feature and also they were very strong plastic screw to the ground and then just unscrew.

Cheap plastic! Don’t use a hammer to start. They break! When they get half way in ground be very careful the don’t snap in half. Don’t waste your money
