My grandchildren request Mimi's Mac n Cheese when they walk through the door. I put noodles in glass microwaveable dish, pour enough water to cover noodles with about a half inch over, cook for about 4 minutes, stir, let it sit until water is absorbed, drain, add real butter, the cheese, stir, add tiny bit of milk as needed, stir until creamy.
The Easy Original Mac N Cheese, microwavable is made up of macaroni and a packet of Cheese Powder. Surprisingly, when mixed up, this Mac n cheese was creamy and thick. We liked it!
These little bags are easy convenient and all gets eaten specially if you have grandkids a 3 minute fix. This is a must have in my house. I do order an 18 pack from Sam's for almost same amount of money.
I love these packs of easy Mac. They taste just like the stove cooked variety, but more easy to make. It's especially helpful for me since I'm disabled and standing at the stove to cook can be difficult. I definitely recommend these. The price is great too.
My special needs son is a picky eater and he loves eating this and probably eat it everyday if I let him.
Wish I could have sent my favorite person a case rather that hoping their was product, cause a substitute wouldn't have been a choice..
The water always boils over in the microwave. I keep a plate underneath to catch the spills. Overall Mac and cheese is good. Tastes pretty close to the original blue box kind.
I love EZ Mac but this 6 pack does not have the cups like the 8 packs. You get packets of macaroni and packets of cheese and you have to come up with the container. I do have 8 packs at home so I ended up reusing the cups. EZ Mac is simple and you don't have to mess with that box. However, these do bubble up and will run over in your microwave. So I put a microwave safe container underneath when I put them in the microwave so I am not constantly having to clean it out. I wish they would put in 2 cheese packs for every pack of macaroni.
My six year old loves this Mac and cheese. It's easy to make but...after the noodles come out of the microwave, they are a bit slimy. What I do is put the noodles in a clean bowl and then add the cheese powder.
