Good quality, finely adjustable
These are basically vice grips with a wide throat and the "jaws" are flat faces on a pivot that conforms to the face angle of whatever you're clamping. The rubber handle covering the vice release doesn't stay on sometimes, but I think it's mostly there as a nice-to-have pinch guard.
