I like that my chickens like it however it was more expensive than the other brand I normally buy and my chickens like it too.
This product has a great value for the price and you don't sacrifice any nutritional benefits for your fowl. I would recommend this product to anyone
Did not make it to the feed store. Thought I would have it delivered with my grocery order. I was surprised. It was a great mix. Chickens and ducks loved it.
I got this to give my flock a little extra treat, and they love it! The 9-grain mix keeps them foraging, and the added Omega 3 and 6 help with their feathers. It's not a full feed, but great for a daily snack. Definitely worth it for happy, healthy hens!
My chickens seem to really like the variety of grains/seeds that are in this scratch, esp the small sunflower seeds—looks healthy %26 “tasty,” too! lol ;-9 Lost a start becuz when I looked online to reorder, I found that it isn't available for p/u in Hilo now; wondering if it was a one-time supply-? :-{
Very expensive. You can get 80lb. bag of the same kind from feed stores for about $35. Now do the math.
I liked this scratch two purchases ago. However this particular batch is nothing but dusty broken corn. The quality compared to previous buys was very disappointing.
I bought this once before and the chickens loved it, but the second time I bought it was terrible. It was full of chunks of what I would guess was mold and cobweb looking things and the smell was some stale, horrible mess really disappointed so I won't be buying it again. Maybe they need to rotate their stock? I threw away the entire bag. Waste of $25.
Product is rancid. Chickens won't eat it, nor will the wild birds. Really disappointed because I've never run into this problem when purchasing at the feed store.
I ordered a specific brand and didn't get it. And I ordered two bags and only got one which was more in price
