Krusteaz Cinnamon Churro Belgian Waffle Mix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used 3 cups of mix and made 7 square waffles. They are easy and quick to make. Just 2 eggs, I cup of water and 1/2 cup of oil. They have a wonderful cinnamon flavor and a crispy churro taste. Let them cool for a minute before serving and they will become crispier. They were very popular with the kids who had fun helping to make them. We will definitely buy them again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids could not wait to try this waffle mix out, so we had waffles for lunch today (because hey it's Spring Break.) The instructions were super easy, so they had no problems helping make them. They did all the mixing and I used the waffle iron. One change I would make in the instructions is to only use 1/2 cup of the mix in the waffle iron instead of 2/3 but that could be my iron. These waffles require no syrup or any toppings and are just delicious! Not overpowering in the cinnamon flavor at all. This mix would make the best waffle cones for ice cream!

I made the krusteaz cinnamon churro Belgian waffles for Easter breakfast for my family, and wow! What a treat. My whole family ate everything I made. The outside was crispy, while the inside was pillowy soft. The perfect combination! I sprinkled cinnamon sugar on top to have that "churro" effect and they were so delicious!! It's not your normal dense waffle with plain flavoring... these are simply amazing! You don't even need syrup. These Belgian waffles have that "homemade" taste. My husband thought I made them from scratch. There is a recipe on the box for waffle sticks with a sliced chocolate dipping sauce. So, I saved a portion of the mix and made them as dessert for after dinner. They were so good! My family has requested that I make these again, and I'm happy to! If you want a crowd pleaser, or just to please your family... this is it. My family ate these so quick, I didn't even get a chance to get a picture for myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg!!! This Krusteaz - Cinnamon Churro Waffle mix makes amazing waffles. They are very easy to make, just whisk a few ingredients with the mix, let sit and in 5 minutes the mix is ready to pour into the waffle maker. The waffles only took a few minutes to cook and came out nice and crispy just like I like! I added whip cream to top the waffle and that's all you need. The cinnamon churro flavor is so good, I felt like I was biting into a churro! I love these waffle and so does my family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a hit! All you need other than the mix is water, eggs, and oil. The recipe on the back is spot on for proportions. I made the 5-6 batch and got exactly 7 Mickey Mouse Waffles. They're a little smaller than traditional waffles. They are really good! The cinnamon churro flavor is delicious! The only thing I would like to see is for the box to include a cinnamon sugar topping packet to sprinkle over the waffles after they're cooked. When I think “churro” I think of that sweet cinnamon dust sprinkled on them. The taste is still there already but I would just like that little addition. It's not the same when I make it. Lol. Maybe they will make one to sell separately. I would buy that to pair with this mix for sure! I'm also looking forward to trying the recipe on the back of the box. “Waffle Sticks & spiced chocolate dipping sauce” YUM!!!! I recommend this product. It makes the perfect addition to weekend family breakfast foods! It is also easy enough for children to help make!

The mix smells so good when making. The waffles are light, and fluffy. But with that extra sweetness and cinnamon flavor. Yum yum. I would definitely recommend this waffle mix for breakfast.

I have a few of these in my pantry the churro taste Blish and not overbearing. I do recommend you to use with a waffle maker.!

Taste is good, and flavor is also good. but texture leaves a little bit to be desired. They aren't fluffy or smooth, but rather a bit crumbly and grainy.

I was so excited to serve these. But I was completely let down. These are just not good. They're dry and crummy in texture. The taste is just off somehow. Not quite sweet enough for one. And the flavor profile isn't anything like an actual churro. I've had better cinnamon pancakes. Can't say I worked recommend these to anyone and I certainly won't buy them again. This is the first Krusteaz product that I did not enjoy.
