This cake is very delicious. I love lemons but had never tried anything "Meyer" Lemon before. I am glad I tried this cake. Meyer lemons have the great lemon taste but are more sweet than sour. This cake was very simple to make. I baked it in a loaf pan. It came out very moist. It even comes with its own glaze but you could eat it plain.

I make a lemon pound cake with a cream cheese layer in the middle. It's my family's favorite dessert. Super moist. All Krusteaz products I've tried have been very good.

Wanted a lemon pound cake for my birthday, Krusteaz Meyer Lemon Pound Cake Mix did not disappoint! Pure lemon deliciousness without any frosting, saved the included frosting mix for later.

This is the most convenient and delicious dessert to keep on hand. The mix plus the icing included are both so good that everyone asks for my recipe…..no one can believe it's not homemade. My pantry is never without at least one box!

This is one our family favorites! The cake is so moist and has a great flavor natural lemon flavor. The flavor is not too powerful or fake in taste. It's a great pick!

Sadly, the cake did not rise well and ended up being about 1.5 inches tall, which made the bottom hard and the middle a little mushy (mushy is ok with me). Glad I was not making this for guests. I used the glaze that came with on half (it is VERY lemony and good) and on the other half, I made a cannabis infused glaze. Won't try this brand again due to the rising issue. It tasted pretty good but overall, it is a 3 for a purchase.

Sure had hopes for this product after reading the reviews and could not wait to try the product. Sorry to say the taste test was not worth even the simple baking process. For me, the product had "No Lemon Taste" ! Purchased as a 6 pack and will see if Walmart will accept a return of the remaining items.

First time I made this, it turned out perfectly, so I decided to purchase it again. I did everything the same as I did last time but the inside ended up being more custard like than anything. Also had to bake it about 15 minutes more than it said on the box because it just wasn't baking.

Had to give it a one in order to add this review. I am 60 years old and consider myself a proficient in my cooking abilities. This thing took over and hour to bake and once out of the oven it sunk into a one inch custard like mess. It couldn't slice at all. I did add fresh lemon juice for part of the water and the zest of the lemon. Epic fail, I do not recommend.
