Pillsbury Quick Bread Banana Bread and Muffin Mix, 14 oz Box

This banana quick bread and muffin mix is awesome! This is great for loaves of banana bread, mini loaves, and muffins. I have been buying this mix for years and I love it! It bakes well and has a great texture and taste. It's also great with your favorite add-ins.

I like the versatility of this mix. You can make muffins or a loaf. I made the loaf and I modified it to how I know I like it! I had no problems with it and it turned out fantastic. I did add a small ripe banana to the bread mix and it handled it superbly! My family loved the banana bread!

I followed the instructions to the label %26 it came out a bite dry in moisture. Baked another batch a second time and decided to add fresh bananas %26 another egg yoke with adding dap of real unsalted butter %26 it did the job. Expect to doctor it up to taste right.

When I want to make something quick this is the mix I use. of course, I do some add ins as is suggested on the box with a tiny bit of nutmeg and cinnamon and that brings it up a notch for flavor and satisfaction. You can add mini chocolate chips and nuts if you wish. This is a great tasting banana bread mix. I recommend it.

Makes a fast loaf of banana bread or muffins when you crave them. Adding 1/2 cup of ripe mashed bananas really boosts the banana flavor. Tastes delicious. Easy to prepare. Be sure to keep an extra box or two on hand in your pantry if you love banana bread.

I make mini banana loaves with this mix every few weeks, and my family is a big fan! I like to tweak it by adding more banana, chocolate chips, or walnuts to give it that perfect flavor.

I had a craving for banana bread but I had no bananas to make from scratch, so this buy was an actual extra trip to the store. This was on sale (I should of went with my gut and bought Betty Crocker or even Krusteaz), because I was sorely disappointed. I mixed per directions, added 1 and 1/2C of chopped walnuts and baked the amount of time suggested. It was extremely dry, did not have a strong banana flavor at all and fell apart into clumps. NOW, I will say, it could very well have been more dry and crumbly DUE TO the added nuts, however, I have included the same with other brands of banana bread and it was never an issue. Also, still does not account for the lack of actual banana flavor. Lesson learned will stick with other brands going forward.

Worst banana bread I have ever tasted. No flavor, even when adding in a cup of optional mashed banana. Don't waste your time buy Little Bites Banana muffins instead for lovely intense banana flavor. I will never buy this product again. Pick anything else.

It is so sweet, it really isn't anything I would buy again. I have tried it twice and will finish the muffins I made with the mix but the muffins are not good. Much to sweet so the sugar is way to much, more like a cupcake than a muffin.

Definitely invest in making fresh from scratch and brown bananas. There is simply no comparison to this box mix. The taste is just no like homemade. I bake a lot and wanted a quick one but I would of been better off just mashing up bananas and using my old fashion recipe
