Great option to replace the real thing
These taste great. I love having this quick option when I don't have potatoes on hand for mashed potatoes, I always keep a few of these in my cabinet. My kids love them, which must mean they're good cause they have picky eaters. The price is convenient.

I enjoy all the Idahoan products! just like home made mashed "taters" only no lumps--I would love a bit more garlic and a chives combo would be good too!

Life is too short for bland potatoes; add garlic!
Roasted garlic mashed potatoes is certainly a great way to spice up any meal. I truly enjoyed these potatoes. They are quick to make, priced right and taste amazing! It's the perfect addition to any meal. Don't be shy, give it a try! I loved it!

I have tried several varieties of this product and I love all of them. I come from a family who likes to cook from scratch. These are as good as any home made from scratch mashed potatoes I have ever had. I have served these many times and no one has been able to tell the difference . I don't have time to make mashed potatoes the long way when these are just as good if you prepare them correctly.

I mean, honestly this is just much more convenient. It may be more of a sign of the tone of my pathetic, single existence, but this works just so much better as a side when I feel like mashed potatoes I don't feel like buying a massive box so these individual servings are pretty cool

This is a shelf stable mainstay in my cupboard. easy to prepare flavorful I buy these packages in bulk when the price is right. versatile: I sometimes add shredded cheese, broth, or drippings from the meat to give the same ol to taters a homemade touch. Great Value on a great product!

Not bad
It's runny when it sits, but you can add another pack to thicken it up I added heavy creme to mine along with water and extra butter for a more homemade style/ taste.

Excellent choice when mashed potatoes are called for and you discover you're out of potatoes. Good flavor and add only the amount of boiled water indicated. BTW, left overs are a great vehicle to add left over veggies, etc. and a little bit of bread crumbs and imagination and either fry or bake the 'pancakes' or balls. Enjoy
