Shake 'N Bake Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix, 2 Count Packets

This was really good to my surprise. I remember seeing the commercials for this as a kid in the 90s and thought I’d try it. I did use a tiny bit of salt and pepper on the chicken before coating with the Shake N Bake because I didn’t know if it would be seasoned enough. It came out so perfect. I’ll be using this all the time now for quick, baked, crispy chicken.

The best ever!!! if you have never had I strongly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would heavily recommend the shake n bake seasoning coating mix. I was pleased with how easy it was to use. It adhered well to the food and it created a very flavorful crust, nice and golden. It had a pleasant savory odor when cooking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was absolutely delicious! It is so easy to use and tastes amazing! My whole family loved the crispy, flavorful breading! It browned beautifully the texture was great! I will be purchasing more!

The seasoning in the shake and bake gives it that perfection of perfectly blended spices and your chicken comes out crisy yet juice delicious taste lkke no other, so yummy

I've been eating shake and bake since I was a kid and now I'm using it as an adult I enjoyed a lot it's changed a little bit which it might be something to look at and the amounts that you put in the box but besides that bring your product but I'm still using even to this day

I grew up on Shake and Bake. Still a favorite comfort food of mine......either Shake and Bake chicken on bone in chicken thighs or Shake and Bake pork chops, with boxed au gratin potatoes, canned green beans with bacon and onions, and a package of muffin mix....... I've tried other brands of chicken and pork coating. Will always prefer any variety of Shake and Bake, but extra crispy is definitely the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was definetly a new thing to try for our family! We usually make our own coating. However this coating mix is great and tasty! I like that it is already seasoned. It is not too strong of a flavor but I do suggest being very careful of reading instructions as it can get cooked very quickly and brown a bit more. The packaging comes with a coconut shrimp recipe as well which can be useful if you are looking for new things to try and cook.

The flavor was actually really good, nice and seasoned with a solid crunch once baked. That said, the color of the seasoning was a little off-putting and didn’t look as appetizing as I expected before cooking. Also, keep in mind you’ll need to use your own bowl or a plastic gallon bag to coat the chicken, since it doesn’t come with a shaking bag inside. Convenient overall and tasty once it’s done, just not the prettiest in the prep stage.

Very disappointed that Shake %26 Bake has decided to omit the 2 plastic bags in their products! Something that’s such a small thing they have turned into a big ordeal for the customer. WOW!! Because of this otherwise small issue, I will not purchase this anymore, I will buy Oven Fry instead!
