Very savory and delicious. Texture is like that of typical instant potatoes, but you don't have to do the extra work of adding the extra ingredients. I usually add a little less water than called for to give the potatoes a thicker texture, then I can add lots of butter. YUM!

Me and my family love Idahoan Four Cheese mashed potatoes. They are as good or even better than homemade mashed potatoes. We also like the Cheddar and Sour Cream and Chives and Onion. Idahoan Mashed Potatoes are a staple at our house.

I have found that all of these instant potatoes in a bag are great. They come pre seasoned and only have one additive to make them and it's hot water. There's probably enough for four servings in a packet ( I didn't read the per serving) but if you don't eat them all you can put them in a zip lock bad and squize all the air out and freeze them then make potatoe pancakes or I call them hashbrowns. I do divide them up in quarters in the freezer bag that way I can fix just one or how ere many I need.

if you want to make potatoes for supper and you want to make something quick you have got to try these they have different varieties. I tried two other varieties and are really good and simple as can be you just fix them in the microwave.

These mashed potatoes are the best and go with everything. If you can only eat soft foods or have a stubborn child, try these. The cheese is just enough. I love them myself, so the next time you make shepard's pie or have a family dinner, be sure to buy extra because you are sure to need them. The seasoning is perfect, and served with beans is a hit as well. They were all eaten so I dont't have a picture, so get yours before they are sold out.

I'm new to the whole Instant Mashed Potato game.... I bought these on a whim a year ago for Thanksgiving to try and have been hooked ever since! I even keep a flavor leaderboard after I try a new one to rank it with all their others. I know some people claim they can taste the difference... well I can't, and the amount of time saved is HUGE. Absolutely love this brand! I have tried a couple others, and they are not as good as Idahoan!

I love Idahoan instant potatoes, however, the 4 cheese mix, just doesn't do it for me, it's not my forte, but I do know several people who just love the 4 cheese potato blend.
