I'm trying to eat clean because I am a cancer patient but I love shake and bake Have no idea of the bad ingredients in there but I only have it once in a while but it's one of my favorites to put on pork chops, yummy.

Quick and easy
Mmmm mm DELICIOUS! I love this specific flavor! Not only do you have your original breadcrumbs, but you also have the Italian seasonings along with Parmesan cheese!!! Which I feel so important in a breading for chicken!! You don't have to worry about by ingredients separately and putting them together it's all in one box!!! Easy steps!! You put the chicken in a bag and your shake it - then bake it !! so easy to prepare an easy for quick dinners!

We love so many
We love so many thing with shake n bake! It's so versatile! Chicken and pork coated. I used it for chicken park! Tonight it even saved my meatloaf! I had no bread crumbs, crackers ANYTHING of the sort and was already in the middle of mixing the meatloaf so I used this shake n bake in place of bread crumbs. It was AMAZING!
