I'm trying to eat clean because I am a cancer patient but I love shake and bake Have no idea of the bad ingredients in there but I only have it once in a while but it's one of my favorites to put on pork chops, yummy.

Its easy to use but flavor wise may need to add extra spices %26 chicken doesn't crisp up very well.
