Strawberry Cheesecake flavor - Quick and easy and oh so good! I did the mini-muffin version and the only thing I would say is that according to the package it makes 18 mini muffins (filling the cups 2/3 of the way) - it did not. It made an even 12. Fresh, moist, the little bits of strawberry give it a nice texture. Will buy again and try some of the other flavors.

My family and I love these muffins, they work great for a make ahead grab and go breakfast or snack. Sometimes I mix cream cheese with a little sugar and add it to the batter before baking and they are even more delicious!

Great tasting muffins and the price is awesome. Several flavors. Good to have on had for those last minute…I need to bring something with me moments!!

For a baking product that I don't need eggs I love it. Sadly, without eggs the texture can be iffy. As a person that dislikes eggs, I'm happy with the product.

Sort of pricey for the quality, but I usually buy several packages for variety. Great basic muffin mix for serving fresh or freezing to reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
