This chest is very, very thin. I used gorilla glue on the edges that 'snap/clasp' together. I have little expectation that this will last for more than a year tops.

The material is cheap and not what I expected basing on the description. I expect the box would be sturdy if the description has the word of 'cushions... seat'. In fact, it's not safe for an adult to sit on the top of the box. By the way, there is no cushion seat with this item.

Absolutely the worst company/product. Product is very cheaply made. The lid doesn't stay shut and with any movement it literally falls apart. I have spent days trying to return the $65 item and so far I have only been offered an $8 refund. Absolutely horrible customer service!

Save your money! Its a flimsy piece of crap that probably wouldn't hold anything heavier than pillows and definitely wouldn't hold up to the outside weather conditions and the customer service is as flimsy as their product. Forget about trying to return it. I requested a return bc of the poor quality . Their response was for me to send pictures of the "defect" and they would review my request and come up with the best solution to my "problem". Wouldn't the best solution be to promptly refund my money for a poor quality product and not charge to ship it back? Save yourself the aggravation and money!

Item received was damaged; Walmart helped me reach third party seller. The seller then requested pics of shipping label, box damage, and item damage, of which all were sent. Their comment was item was shipped new and without damage must of happened in shipping. I heard nothing more from the third party seller. Walmart took care of the issue; however, the third party seller did nothing to resolve this issue. Beware!

Comes in pieces that take 2 people to try to hold them up to possibly form the product...and that is if all the pieces are there. How to return instructions from Walmart within 24 hours on options to return it. Went above and beyond the instructions in the email and it took me 4 people at my local Walmart to accept do accept more packaging than I needed to do with the product. They finally accepted it with no guarantee I would get my money back, however I did get my refund email before I even left the store. If you check the supposed retail price on this and the sale price it reminded me that if it looks too good to be true it is just that. Save yourself loads of time in trouble. Skip this one. Delivery was quick and I've had no personal contact with the sender. The result would be the same. Answer and 3 people were selling it The result would be the same. I cannot remember the last time I left a negative product review such as this
