it's a great product,it held all my shoes plus 8 was able to put things on top .. great value for the money

I love how organize it looks, great organizer for shoes the only con would be that some of the dividers are not as sturdy and break but they put plenty to make up for it also pretty easy to assemble 9 out of 10

These are the sturdiest of shoe racks I've even gotten. The design not only ensures it holds up to the weight, but also enables adding on in the future. I wish I'd found it sooner.

Material is great

Other than directions, this did not disappoint. You have to make sure everything clicks and have to build up and out from repetition as the directions stop after four cubes. There were also the directions saying you didn't need to put shelves on the bottom row, but when finished, I had enough for 3 of the cubes to have shelves, so we flipped it and added shelves. Love the completed look. This was for my mom, but I want to order one for me.

i actually had to look up how to assemble on YouTube but once i did it was very easy. Definitely recommend!

Extremely difficult to assemble. The covers did not fit as the steel rods were too long and had to be cut short by 1/8 th inch. All the round plastic connecters had to be filed so that the covers would close. Took 2 people 5 hours to assemble. The racks are made for shoe sizes not exceeding size 7 of women's shoes. Each rack will hold only ONE pair of men's shoes.

There were a lot of missing pieces. I could not put the cabinets completely together. The phone number doesn't work and I'm waiting on an email response.

NO INSTRUCTION MANUAL INSIDE BOX?????? A LOT OF SMALL PARTS, I DO NOT HAVE THE SLIGHTEST CLUE HOW THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ATTACHED.. .. I CAN NOT EVEN FIND THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL ON GOOGLE!
