Need a return
It hard to put together I been trying to get a refund and send it back but can't. I need a refund don't order it

PACKAGE WRONG
It was package wrong , when I put it together I had 20 rectangles and 7 squares a 10 white squares for the doors..they was supposed to be all squares. It was supposed to look like the one ABOVE.

I received the product and when we put it together it was missing pieces. So, I took it to the store to return and they told me i had to contact the company. So I contact the company and told them that it was missing parts, and I would like to return it also because it was not what I thought it was. They requested pictures of the missing parts which I sent them and pictures of the box and a picture of the directions and circle the parts that were missing. They responded and wanted me to put it together again and take pictures i responded that I am not putting this back together just to take pictures and then take it apart. If I don't get a return number from them I will be disputing this with my credit card company and report this to the BBB. Please approve the return.
