It was easy to put together and fit well in our shower after my partner had a total hip replacement. He didn't need to use it for very long but it was definitely worth the money for how helpful it was while it was needed. The suction cup feet kept it from moving around which was a nice feature I didn't realize we'd appreciate prior to use.

The product works great for someone having a difficult time moving in %26 out of the shower! I would say its great for temporary use while your recovering from an injury! thank you walmart for offering a great product for your customers!

The legs are a little confusing to assemble, two have suction cups to go in the bathtub and two are regular legs, so you have to pay attention to where the side handle is and what direction it goes in the bathtub. The suction cup legs in the tub do not really seem to stick and you have to raise the legs on the outside of bathtub twice as high as the ones in the tub for the bench to be even and balanced.

If you purchase this item and do not get it delivered Walmart will not replace or refund your money due to their Policies. I have cameras and no one came to my door to drop of the item when I got the Text message that it was delivered I went out there and NO PACKAGE WAS THERE. I will never ever purchase anything from Walmart online due to their policies basically ripping you off.

i had Walmart Amma when this product went out for shipping i for a notice that i needed to pay .28 more for shipping not thinking put my card in to pay for the balance and my account was then over over drawn by almost 1000 to pay for hotels and restaurants in New Jersey and the boardwalk so not pay for extra money owed for shipping from this company is a scam!!!!!!!

The chair itself is okay--very lightweight and looks easy to put together. However, it was too large for our shower stall and return of this item is not allowed. It would have been nice if they specified that on the item description, especially since it's so expensive.

Once I assembled this product everything seemed real simple from a design standpoint. That was until I put it in my bathtub. You see I recently had my left leg amputated, and a right arm amputee since 2015. The problem with the chair was the design, there is a handle, so you could pull yourself onto the chair once you transfered from your wheelchair. My problem was I couldn't reach across to the handle to position myself to the center of the chair.

didnt come assembled and didn't come with instructions on hiw ti assemble chairso unless you know how to assemble these dont wven borh.could assemble ended up tossing it away .an older person with a brain injury will not be able to put together.i suggest going to a medical supply store and get one already assembled

It would not adjust to the correct height for my tub. One end higher than the other. It may just be my tub, but it still would not adjust so I could use it. Not to mention I can't get my money back.
