This AC is awesome. I was a little skeptical because of the 3rd party seller even though they’re verified. But they came through! Just make sure you’re home when it gets delivered though because the shipping box practically advertises what it is and anybody could nab it. Great product thank you

Got this 12000 btu AC on sale actually for 279$ ! That was a steal! This runs great semi quiet, it is an ac,lol! Has WiFi option with an app full of different settings. There's fan, cooling and dehumidifier. There's also I timer that can be set up to 24 hours. This is a great air conditioner go get you one!!

Comes with a remote and a very nice control panel. Easy to install, easy to work. Keeps our first floor of our house cool. Not too loud, but definitely a white noise in the background .

Loaded with features, such as auto fan setting, timer, and eco mode, all at your fingertips with an easy to use remote. The only nit I have would be that the mfgr needs to provide better packing for the corners. This was my second unit because the first one I ordered arrived damaged. So did the second one! Fortunately I was able to get by with it since it didn't affect installation or function.

WARNING - I have screen shots of a customer service PERSON (Not AI) guaranteeing they had escalated my situation to superiors and I WAS receiving a full refund for my order due to my situation. Not a day later I received an email that said NO I would not, and there was no way to contact a human again after this. I have tried and tried- but I am taking this to an attorney. I can’t believe they would flat out lie like that, and left me in a lurch. It was a $350 item and yes, it was on sale, but do NOT TELL me you have made an exception and WILL refund me, then turn around and say you will not. I have no use for this AC and it is sitting brand new in the box completely Unopened and they lied just to get me off their chat. Screen shots will prove, and they did it in such a nice way I believed them, and was completely taken advantage of.

First one never arrived at all. Never left the WalMart warehouse but WalMart attempted to blame the shipper. Second one arrived broken, and Samar at WalMart customer service REFUSED to replace it and REFUSED to have ot picked up. Apparently Samar thinks it is appropriate for the customer to be responsible to return a heavy air conditioner that arrived severly damaged.

Was delivered sitting in its side (can’t do that with air conditioners). Box and product soaked and wet. Product damaged. Coils on back of product is damaged. Doesn’t cool my bedroom as good as my 10 year old 12000btu ac. I expected better honestly. Returning both since I bought 2. I have it set to 61 and it says current temp is still 75 inside.

Unit had a E2 error code they sent me a diagnostic troubleshooting sheet I had to take apart unit to find that the indoor temperature sensor was cut so it wouldn’t read temperature. It has been over two weeks they haven’t sent any parts to fix it and they just keep asking me to wait for a response. Horrible customer support. I shouldn’t have to fix a product that was purchased.

item came damaged, box was torn up, unable to return without a guarentee that iyem was going to be picked up. item does not work. what a waste of money.

I gave 1 star because I received it and the box was damaged therefore the unit had a dent in it and I reached out to the company and never returned my email. The unit is probably noisier than what it should be cause it rattles probably because of the dent. Other than the poor customer service it seems to work fine but it would have been nice to get a little bit of a refund considering it was damaged.
