Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract Formula 103, Immune Support, 200 Capsules

I started taking these again after having taken them as a child, hoping to strengthen my immunity to some viruses that are common to where I live. With the addition of aged garlic helping strengthen the cardiovascular system, I am seeing these as a integral part of my daily nutrition.

I really like the mix of ingredients in this product. It has what you need for immunity without a bunch of added junk. From what I have read and researched, it has the best ingredients. So I give it a thumbs up! (Have not taken it long enough to say how it is helping but I have taken Astragulus before and it does help me with allergies). Capsules are not too large and easy to swallow.

First of all you don't smell like garlic, so let's get that out of the way. You take the recommended two pills per day. There is no after taste and no "burp" after affects. Russians and others have used garlic as an all purpose immunity booster and antibiotic that helps blood pressure . It's good for you as a preventative add on that works. Don't hesitate on this one.

I bought this for my husband who has high blood pressure. I read that aged garlic is effective in doing so with no serious side effects. He has been taking garlic supplements ever since. Garlic also has anti inflammatory and antioxidant properties so it is good for our immune system as well.

I take it together with Curcumin for maximum effect. So far so good! Pills are surprisingly small and easy to take with slight garlic odor.

I was offered wide spectrum antibiotics for a possible bacterial sinus infection at my doctor's office. I am not a fan of over medication. I did a little research and found that 500mg of garlic twice a day has the effect of an antibiotic on many bacterial infections. Lots of other benefits, too! I like that Kyolic's immune formula has mushrooms, too. Large bottle cuts down on plastic waste for a daily product. Good price. End of story- I have not suffered from my sinuses. I am so glad I refused the antibiotics. I will be on a Kyolic garlic regimen from now on!

I started taking this supplement to help boost my immune system when I developed a rash that doctors couldn't diagnose. Really like the great list of ingredients, though I think it takes time to build up in your system. My rash is much improved. I can't say for sure, but feel this supplement helped.

Kyolic Garlic is proven to be so effective for immunity and I really LOVE this product, due to the quality and especially the additional ingredients. It has really helped me to stay well with pre-schoolers picking up sniffles all the time and after post-natal depletion with my twins. Get some!

I and y son have been taking it since September. I can't be 100% sure if it it thanks to these Aged Garlic capsules or other supplements we are taking, but neither I or my son has been dealing with runny nose or sore throat this autum-winter. The capsules are easy to swallow and they don't have any garlic taste or smell.
