Spring Valley D-Mannose Urinary Tract Support Dietary Supplement, 500 mg, 120 Vegetarian Capsules

I have been shopping online for three decades. In that time I have learned to vet reviews pretty well. Never in all of my other purchases have I had a product do as well as the Spring Valley, D-Mannose 500 mg, Veg Capsules has worke d for me. I am a male in my late seventies. For the first time in my life I suddenly experienced a UTI. I had heard my wife and others speak od them, so when I first experienced symptoms my thought were geared to go in the right direction as I went to the web to find help. After a day of research I came upon this product. I was at a point of possibly going to an out patient clinic since my urine flow was almost completely stopped. Upon reding many reviews that spoke of near immediate relief beginning I decided to try D-Mannose 500 overnight. I took my first 2 capsules about 6:00 PM last night followed by another at midnight. By 2:00 AM my urine flow began to increase. At 5:00 AM the majority of the symptoms I have been experiencing were relieved, if not gone completely. It's now 4:30 PM. All symptoms other than the diminished, but improving urine flow have subsided completely. This product has worked well beyond my expectations.

Excited to try these, as Ive heard so many people, even my nursing friends say that these work well if you have reoccurant UTI's. As a persin who has a super pubic catheter, and being paralyzed from the waist down, I can't tell like a normal person, when they have a UTI. I also have as what they refer to as sludge that comes out in my urine, whoch is part of being a catheter wearer. Fingers crossed, these will help reduce, or completely stop the sluge!

I started taking these when I thought I might have a bladder infection, and they seemed to help quite a bit. By the time I went to the hospital, the pain had mostly calmed down and no bladder infection was detected, so I can't say for certain if these cleared it up or not, but the timing was definitely interesting. I've continued taking them regularly since they seem to help support my urinary health overall. Easy to take and worth trying in my experience.

This item is a lifesaver ¡! I'VE had bladder cancer so no more bladder, instead I now have an external pouch ...my life was altered dramatically and without D-Mannose I will have blowups of the stench and burning 🔥 in my STOMA as a lifelong fight... this product dramatically reduces both so I'm not shamed for the added smell I can't help otherwise...so incredibly grateful 🙏 to GOD for this 11 hrs of lifesaving surgeries, I will depend upon always using this medication supplement for UTI management...

5 years ago, this product was available on in powder form and was 50.00 a bottle for a months supply. My new urologist said he wanted me to take this 1000 mg daily. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw I could get 2 months for less than 13.00. I recommend this product. Keeps your bladder healthy. I tell all my lady friends about this. Thank you for continuing to keep this product in stock.

My urologist recommended these to me, since I've suffered from frequent UTI's since childhood. I took as directed by my doctor for two months and man has that made a world of difference for me. It's been five months since I stopped taking them daily and I haven't had any UTI's or issues. Talk to your doctor and give them a try. I highly recommend.

I would recommend this supplement with cranberry juice and for consistent maintenance. It's not great for random symptoms. Better to order the version with cranactin from probably a different company. No complaints about daily usage. No stomach issues or any other side effects I have noticed.

My PA recommended these to me to ward off getting another uti. They did not do anything to prevent it. I still got an uti and was miserable for two weeks.

Dmannose should work and this one does not. Although I was happy Walmart carried D mannose unfortunately this brand is worthless. I do recommend Nature's Truth and MRM nutrition powder dmannose.

This is a bad idea! It is a sugar found in fruit which works as a diuretic. You can easily become dehydrated. It caused me server pain in my bladder and intestines. And now my urine pH is alkaline.
