I take one a day instead of two, helps with bowel issues without any upset or binding. I love this!

Best brandd out there, plenty of health benefits!
These marshmallow root capsules are easy to take everyday. They are good for your respiratory, digestive , and they also help to cleanse the kidneys and bladder. I have found this brand to be the best and will continue to supplement my daily health regime with this product

Not the size capsule I prefer.
These are fine if you like to swallow. The capsules are smaller than standard so I have to take more and therefore swallow more. Others they are fine.

Ttying out and checking results
