I bought this for my wife who has problems with urinary track infections. She says this helps a lot to prevent her from getting them.

As someone who once had to go to ER for a UTI that turned into a kidney infection, I've definitely gotten more careful about maintenance and prevention to keep my urinary tract healthy. This is not a replacement for antibiotics if you're already sick by any means (cranberry pills sure didn't work on the UTI that became a kidney infection that's for sure) but a way to prevent bacteria build up to begin with. Apparently this formula is better than cranberry pills too. The packaging is aesthetically pleasing too, they have tons of cool supplements. I had horrible lower stomach pain for weeks and the night before I got these pills almost had to go to urgent care... Anyways, I saw the reviews on this and decided to try it. Within 2 days the pain subsided tremendously. I took the max which was 4 pillS a day for 2 days. I couldn't believe it worked so quickly! Now I just take one a day. I feel so much better. I liked how well this product worked for me. I was using it to treat a uti. I started using the pills on Thursday afternoon and felt much better by Saturday morning. I would definitely recommend this product. I did double the dose and took two pills twice a day.
