I've been using the L-Lysine and Monolauren for a couple weeks now and it has been working well. It takes this amount of time to get into the system and start working. I have allergies and they flair up and cause respiratory discomfort. This works well with the allergy medication I take and I get a good night's sleep as a result. I only take one tablet per day and no need for inhaler, just a little extra water per day.

Since being diagnosed with HSV-1 in November 2023, I did some research on what would help prevent breakouts and this supplement was the first to show up. Needless to say I haven't had any breakouts at all (even though with copious amounts of stress for varying reasons) but mainly that I hardly get sick anymore! I typically would get sick 4-5 times a winter I've only gotten sick once since incorporating this into my daily routine. I love these!!
