Fresh Southern Style Chicken Salad

I was happy the driver put it inside the screen door. We were not home at the time, so it was safe inside. Tryptophan helps me get to sleep.. Turkey has tryptophan in it, maybe why I get sleepy after eating Thanksgiving dinner.

A positive review......
Since I began adding this product to my nightly routine I have slept longer than before. So far it seems to be working for me. Though time will tell if the benefits will last. I am going to buy it again if it keeps helping me, apparently, to sleep longer.
