La Costeña Canned Charro Beans with Bacon and Chorizo, 20 oz

At first, I was hesitant to purchase these La Costena Bacon,Seasoned Charro Beans, but guess what? They actually taste real good, and you don't need to add any water because they can enough. I have made a quick meal by adding them on home cooked rice or over a pack of jasmine microwavable rice. The beans have a good seasoned taste 😋. Highly recommend 👌

Love these beans, I think they serve them at a lot of mexican restaurants, they taste exactly the same. They go great with any mexican main dish. Not that it is needed but I add extra onion and cilantro on top when served

I love the taste and texture. these are almost like homemade. i only added a little pinto bean seasoning, and a few slices of Costena jalapenos. i like a lot of seasons. These beans are delicious like they are. easy pull top can opener . my only complaint would be it says 20 oz can and its only 17.5 ounce can. so description on Walmart grocery sight is misleading on amount in can.

I was so looking forward to these beans because a local restaurant has these and they are wonderful. These charts beans taste very good, but they taste like pinto beans, and only like pinto beans. Every once in a while I would feel a piece of chicharrone, but no other meat or flavoring. The beans were delicious, but you can get canned pinto beans everywhere.

I was hoping for more flavor. Needs more veggies / spices / meat. Tastes more like regular beans not charro.

I can't tell you if the beans are good or bad because the can arrived with the side completely dented/pushed in looking like something stomped on it. It had read the reviews and this issue came up consistently but I'm like they can't all be that way across an entire country. Well, yeah, maybe they can. Disappointed. That should never been sold to me, it was in a delivery order. Nobody should have chosen THAT can
