Confusing instructions. Once I ignored them and figured it out for myself, worked great. Makes good smoothies.

So far it's working well just a little leak on the outside i must be doing something wrong. I'll need to try to make sure it's not loose. The bottle that goes in is the issue. Oh once you turn it on it stays on no going off like my other ninja blender did.

When I receive the promotional email from Walmart and saw this blender, I thought, this is perfect! And indeed it is. And I pay exactly the amount I wanted to pay! And, fast free delivery!!!!!

Good blending capacity and useful bottle. However, after 5 months of use, the jar broken off a piece where it is to be fastened to the cap, hence it isn't usable anymore. Looking to get just the jar from the seller

This is a powerful little blender BUT, if you fill it anywhere close to the max fill line, you will have a mess! It oozes out the screw top and splatters everywhere. It cannot be filled past the 20 oz line. If you are looking for a blender with a bigger capacity than 20 oz, this is not for you.

The smoothie maker seem to work ok…however, the package had been opened prior, the unit had a ton of scratches where the blender is inserted, plus the free portable smoothie cup, was missing. If they sell used products, by law, they are supposed to expose this to the buyer…..

I couldn't even made one drink from this one. The food in the bottom move, but above it nothing changed, no smoothie after all. Do Not recommend this. Buy the real blender that made in USA.
