I bought 3 of these chairs (2 for our office room and 1 for my son). They were pretty easy to put together. I spent about an hour total putting all 3 together. I had read reviews stating that it was difficult to put together so even though my husband was home, I decided to try to put them together myself to see just how difficult it was and to my surprise it was rather easy. I'm 5'3" and about 125 lbs and out of shape and I was able to put them together without any help. The seat and back are a little bulky and slightly heavy but I just laid everything on the floor while putting it together and it went rather easy. Before I purchased the chairs I read reviews stating that the back is not tall at all. Again, I'm 5'3" and my head can lean on the back just fine so if you are a taller person you might want to keep that in mind. I got the brown ones and they look exactly like they do in the picture. As far as comfort, when I first sat in the chairs I did think they were a little hard/stiff but was hopeful that they just needed some time to break them in. It's been a week now since I put them together and I can happily say that I was correct. The cushions are noticeably softer now and not quite as hard or stiff as they were at first. They are the most comfortable chairs that I have owned (time will tell how long they stay comfortable). Someone had mentioned in a previous review that the chair seat is tilted forward slightly. When I first put the chairs together I also noticed that the seat part was leaning forward slightly. At first I thought that is how the chair is suppose to be but it was a little annoying to look at and sit in. An hour or two after I had them all put together I kept looking at them wondering why they would design a chair with the seat tilted forward and then it dawned on me that maybe I did something wrong when I put them together so layed one of the chairs on its side and looked closely at the metal plate with the lever that attaches to the bottom of the seat and the legs of the chair.... I had put it on backwards on all three chairs. I immediately unscrewed the metal plates, flipped them around, and screwed them back on and as soon as I sat the chairs back up, they all looked normal (no more tilting forward). lol Overall, I love the chairs. They are extremely comfortable, they look very nice, and they seem very sturdy and well built. They should last a long time.
Really nice chair and very comfortable. Thanks!
Great chair. Have only had it for one day so I cannot attest to durability but ease of assembly, function and look is great. The only negative is as some other purchaser described the back of the chair is low. I am only 5'3 and the very top of the chair back only reaches the lower part of my neck.
like this chair so far, using it for a week now but i would recommend putting the top part together first with the arm rests. I put together with armrests to the bottom and found the holes were harder to line up, so had to undo it.
Very Comfortable! Easy to pit together. White color makes it rich in appearance. good for what i need it for
We ordered 3 of these chairs. Due to packaging each chair had a two inch scratch smack dab in center of Back of each chair. Leads me to believe this is how every chair will come. We are left in a hard place due to needing chairs for virtual schooling so I am keeping them. Sucks. Hopefully I can prevent someone else from making the same mistake. They'd be nice chairs if they didn't come with the large scratch on the back.
The appearance of the chair was fine. I really liked the look and feel of it, but it just was so uncomfortable. It didn't seat right. My husband did not find it comfortable either. It was too big for us. We are both small in stature, so perhaps it would work for a taller, larger person. Not sure.....
The material used for the arms are very fragile. It was hard to attach the arms to the back of the chair I felt there is a lot of tension on them. I came back from work today and found out that, one of the arms cracked by itself. Not sure how it will stay hold. I will try to return it this weekend. The other issue, it is uncomfort to sit for more than two hours. The cushion is very thin and hurts the butt especially for older people like myself.
Chair arrived damaged and tilted to one side. Defective part and poor quality control. Return process took a very long time and was difficult. Not satisfied.
It is extremely difficult to assemble, the seat is like concrete
