I purchased this chair for a family member in a care facility. It is small enough without compromising comfort. It is quiet. We are pleased. It was on sale. I wish the same chair could have been available in off white faux leather. It is too early to tell if it will be durable. I would recommend this chair.

The recliner did what it needed to do. IT helped my Mother get up and down by herself. I thought the price was acceptable. It is very heavy, which was expected because of all the mechanical stuff.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE CHAIR. HOWEVER, THE DELIVERY WAS NOT GOOD. THE HUGE CARDBOARD BOX WAS LEFT OUTSIDE MY GARAGE DOOR , AND I WAS NOT NOTIFIED THAT IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED. I AM AN OLD MAN AND COULD NOT MOVE IT MYSELF. SO I PAID SOMEONE $50.00 TO MOVE IT INSIDE AND SET IT UP FOR ME.

I bought 2, and love them. the lift is better than some of the more expensive chairs. they are very comfortable. it is smaller than I thought, but my fault for not reading measurements. the heat works great, massage no so great. we like so much am thinking about buying one for my sister, she loves them.

Purchased chair to assist in my breast cancer surgery recovery and the “lift” remote stopped working after 6 days. The “massage” remote still works (I haven't used the feature). I still have 2 weeks of recovery left and can benefit from the chair. However, I don't know how easy of a fix this will be.

Product was missing parts only received the bottom part of the recliner, unable hot resolve the problem with seller through Walmart Do Not Buy this Product

we tried for 1 hour trying to attach the arms of the chair the bracket wouldnt go half way down so frustrating. read the reviews of others. i brought one prior this one no problems,, don't know what was going on with this one. i had to return. thank you beware if brackets in arms. thank you

The chair didn't work and now I'm stuck waiting to see how to return the chair. I found a similar one for a similar price in a local store and bought it there.
