we were a little concerned about buying a mattress without trying it first but we saw all the good reviews about this one and decided we would give it a try knowing that we would have 30 day money back guarantee. The mattress is heavy, 131lbs and when we started cutting the bag it inflated so quickly like in 70 seconds thankfully we got it on the bed ok. Our first night's sleep was wonderful. Keeps Us cool, we live in Florida so that's a nice Factor. The softness of the bed is good but also has support for back. When I get into bed my husband on his side doesn't feel it so that's a plus too. We bought King and the 14 inch thickness, which makes it higher but we were surprised that our sheets still fit. love the mattress and highly recommend

Love this mattress. We have purchased 3 of these, one for our fifth wheel RV, one for our smaller camper, and one for our guest room in our apartment. The mattress is in our RV (we lived in full time for 4 years) has held up perfectly. The firmness is “just right”. We recommended this to our son that was needed a new mattress. He purchased it and now our other sons have decided to go with this mattress when it's time to replace their current mattress.

This mattress is surprisingly good. At first when I laid on it I felt like maybe it might be too firm. After sleeping on it all week, it is actually perfect. If a bed isn't good I will wake up with lower back pain and since I am a side sleeper I will have pain in my upper leg area. I can honestly say no pain. The price is good and I love not spending thousands on a mattress.

Started decompressing quickly once I opened the plastic and got it unfolded and unrolled. Firm and cool. Had to ask my son to help me lift the box as it was heavier than I could manage. I got the short queen for our travel trailer and it fits perfectly. It still has another inch or two to plump but it says it takes up to 72 hours. I did try it out at about 6 inches and found it firm and supportive to needed areas such as hips, back and shoulders. It is still light enough that we are able to lift the end to get to the extra storage places beneath. Going through menopause the cool gel will definitely be a bonus for me. So yes, I would recommend this mattress to others.

I purchased this Cool Gel 10" Full Medium Tight Top Gel Memory Foam Mattress for our guest room, and while it performs well, the delivery condition was highly concerning. On the positive side, everyone who has slept on it reports that it is very comfortable, offering a nice medium-firm feel that suits different sleeping styles. However, I was deeply disappointed with the subpar packaging. The 10-inch mattress arrived in a box clearly designated for a 14-inch mattress, and the container was bursting at the seams. Upon opening it, I discovered the mattress was already partially decompressed inside. This leads me to believe that either a major uncorrected factory error occurred during packing, or I was sent a previous return sold as new. I closely inspected the mattress and found no signs indicating it was unsanitary, but the questionable packaging definitely detracted from the buying experience. It is a solid, comfortable mattress for a guest space, but the manufacturer drastically needs to improve their quality control and shipping standards.

This was the perfect bed for my daughter because she sleeps hot and now she's not getting up in the morning all damp from sweat anymore. It's plenty big enough for her to starfish out and flop around on, so she isn't rolling out of bed like she was before with a twin size. It's really a two person job to get the mattress unrolled onto the bed frame because of the weight and I struggled quite a lot by myself, it was VERY securely wrapped and took awhile. The mattress did puff up quickly, but I still let it sit for 72hrs before use.

We have had this mattress about 4 months and I'm still indecisive. Pros- was easy unboxing, plumped right up, and very soft “feel”. Cons-it is definitely firm. Maybe not the firmest but firm. It is NOT cool. At all. That would be my biggest complaint. But, I have not tried different sheets, so that could very well be my problem. I'm getting used to it but still not sold on the product! If you're fine with temperature and firmness, this would be a great bang for your buck!

I have had this mattress for almost a year and I'm still trying to adjust to it woke up now hot and had to write a review almost a year later because this is ridiculous..The mattress is too hard so I wake up with my back hurting.. The cool gel doesn't work so I wake up Hot and Sweating all the time .. I spent over $400 and wish I would've just brought the same mattress my son has which was $200 cheaper and has better quality and the gel actually does its job.. I did not get what I read or paid for and now I have to get online and shop around and spend more money to find a gel topper for this mattress .. I suggest keep shopping..

I bought this mattress with 2 pillows for my new king bed and they aren't king size pillows. This mattress claims to be "cool gel" but I've never been more hot than I am on this mattress. Maybe it's just not "breathable" because of its foam top. I also bought this same mattress in a twin for my granddaughters room and it truly is very soft and luxurious feeling but the king-size just feels a lot more firm.

The mattress was not made for adjustable beds! I asked before ordering if it was compatible, %26 was told yes, but it's not, the mattress got a bend in the middle of it %26 it set %26 we could never get it straightened out, had to throw it away cause it was a hump formed in our bed !! 🙁🙁🙁 a lost we took , as much as I order from Walmart that is the only item I ever had to give a bad report🤷🏽‍♀️ it didn't take long for it to form the hump in the mattress , it formed bout 3 or 4 days after using, tried to everything to get it out but no success! If asked if it is compatible with adjustable beds they need to say no so people don't waste their money ordering it, no one has money like that to throw away especially when you are spending over a 100.00 on an item ! 🙁
