This really does help if you have sensitivity's to milk products. If I want some ice cream then I take a few and have no problems afterwards. Recommend trying if you haven't!!

If you are lactose intolerant you will really like using this product. Normally you have allergic reactions (itching eyes, throat, difficulty breathing) if you consume milk or cheese related products, however, you just chew 2 tablets before eating these foods and none of the bad side effects of your allergies appear. It's really nice to be able to enjoy several foods that I couldn't have previously. I highly, highly recommend these tablets. (Note: I also tried the caplet form but those don't work as quickly as these chewable versions. I really recommend this chewable version.)

I keep these chewable tablets everywhere. I not only keep them at home but I always have some in my purse, my car and even my husband's truck. I'm lactose intolerant and you never know when you're gonna need them. They say to chew with the first bite but I find they work better if you wait till you're in the middle of eating the dairy. I only chew one and they prevent me from having that horrible stomach cramping feeling later. Don't skip on these Lactaid tablets for the cheaper brand because you will regret it. I definitely recommend these to everyone thats lactose intolerant.

It doesn't have that chalky taste that some have. It really helps those that are lactose intolerate.

I am lactose intolerant and this is the only product I have used that I can take. take one pill chew it at the same time as your first bite of dairy I have never had any problems when taking this product and I highly recommend it if you have issues with dairy

I really like the taste of these much better than the cheaper brands. Only problem for me if the high price. I feel like these are so darn expensive and for no good reason. Cheaper brands cost around half what these do.

I got these for my nine-year-old daughter because we just discovered that she is lactose intolerant. They are effective and work as advertised; however, the taste is abhorrent and makes her gag every time she chews a tablet!! I ordered the vanilla tablets thinking they would actually taste like vanilla, but they are terrible! I am grateful that it gives her relief from her G.I. distresses Perhaps the manufacturer could work on improving the repugnant taste. Yes and no for recommendations. If you have IBS and are lactose intolerant these don't do. These have mannitol. A big no no for IBS sufferers. I have to buy the caplets. No mannitol in them.

This concoction near landed me in the ER! It made me too sick and weak to even drive myself to emergency! Chewed one had coffee with cream as a treat, Cheerios light on the milk! I suddenly felt very ill and my stomach started cramping.. I vomited for 30 minutes then diarrhea for half a day! My heart rate was racing on my Apple Watch, way over its normal limit! This stuff is poison as it contains ‘Ace K' aka Acesulfutame! It's a deadly artificial sweetener! I don't recommend this product!
