If I would have known just how bad sugar is for the body, I would have stopped consuming it years ago. Anyway, this product makes it easy to have that sweet flavor without sacrificing the health of your liver. It's pretty intense, so it doesn't take much.
Not only is this the most economical liquid monk fruit extract offered, but it is one of the few that is pure. One brand offered here claims to be pure, but the photo shows it clearly labeled as monk fruit with erythritol. Another requires twice as much product for the same level of sweetness. Read the ads carefully! I find this simple to use and it is keto friendly. Repeat customer here.
Trying to eliminate my chemical intake and stable out my own body's reactions to sugar. This healthy option is definitely worth not having crashes when I'm trying to keep my energy level steady throughout the day. 5 stars and it takes a lil to get used to but that normal when my whole lifestyle used to be a sugary heaven. Now I can control how my body feels throughout the day.
I am trying to limit artificial sweeteners because of studies showing changes in gut microbiome and possible increased risk of dementia. I do not like the taste of stevia. I use just a few drops of this with cocoa and whey protein powder and I like it. I use a bit more with some tru-lime powder to make a limeade. I do still use erythritol sometimes, but I have seen that this brand has an erythritol monk fruit combination product so I am going to try that also
Was skeptical but glad I purchased. A little on the pricey side for the amount you get but healthy alternatives aren't cheap. Drops dispensed are handled by gravity so pretty straightforward there. I like because there are no other hidden sweetness. Worth a try
Really solid sweetener. Beats out Splenda and stevia all day. Strong, so a little goes a long way. No weird chemical aftertaste like some alternatives—easy swap for sugar.
Had noticed the flavor is not as good after a while, but did not notice that it has to be refrigerated after opening until recently. We have been using this product for about six months, now. In order to keep the good flavor, it really does need to be refrigerated.
The picture of the product is inaccurate. The picture of the ingredients does not show "natural"(lol) flavor on it. But the product in my hand is different and lists "natural"(lol) flavor on it. I might as well go pig out at McDonald's while I'm at it. A shame that this product once contained clean ingredients and they had to add synthetic junk to it. I'm mad at Walmart for showing me an out-of-date picture of the ingredient label. What a waste of money. If you're not worried about garbage ingredients in your food and purely worried about blood sugar friendly options, I can at least say that the product tastes great. Buy at your own discretion.
I have been on a journey on learning and adapting to healthier foods. I did some research on alternative sweeteners. I compared prices, clean ingredients, and taste. I did NOT like the taste of this product. Was it affordable, yes. Was it easy to use, also yes. I would tell others to give it a try. It has 3 months expiration date once opened.
I bought this solely because it stated natural citrus but when received it showed citric acid which is derived from mold and we are severely allergic . It is a total waste of money! Please fix your listings!!!
