It does work, too well. My dog has anxiety problems and this made him nutsy for a couple of days after one use. If he wasn't so anxious, I would use it. It is very easy to use %26 the lock button for the shock is appreciated. When I used it, it was from the house to the back yard and worked well.
I was suprised both the remote and collir were ready to use and fully charged when they arrived. Since then, 2 months ago, I have only had to charge the collar twice. The collor has not loosened, or broke. The box and rubber covetings are still fully intact. I have nothing negative to say about this product. I have only had to shock my do with this collir 3 times opposed to the countless times with the other collor we had before.
This collar worked very well for my dog. I do not have a fenced in yard so it helps me control him when he's outside without a leash very well-made completely satisfied. I only have to do the warning button for him to understand he's gone too far.
Yes. The product works great on my stubborn dog. The plastic clasp they won't last long with dog scratching. But product is really reasonable. And does make my dog stop doing bad things.
Just as advertised ! works well. I know I tried it on myself b4 putting it on my dog. I found the setting of 60 works very well, I've only used it twice. The noise and vibration gets her attention and she minds now. Even after she got loose and took off on a dead run, she showed herself and came right to me to stop it.
It's just what I was looking for and on sale. Fits my 2 yr old female pit with plenty of room to spare. Neither the remote nor collar feels cheap and is very responsive. Holds a charge for an extremely long time. I kept the rubber guards on the prongs, and I'm able to lock out the shock button, which I'm happy about, because I don't want to accidentally shock my dog. I believe it was normally $87, and I got it for about $37 delivered to my house.
this thing has an impressive antenna and range! even from upstairs it works great and outside, the range has never failed me. Battery, i can go almost a month without charging. the best out of ANY remote I've ever had/tried and that's like 6. i would recommend to anyone!
So far, so good...It's been only a couple weeks that I've been using this, but am very happy with it this far! What I REALLY LIKE is that you can Lock the Shock Button, so there are no accidental shocking of an innocent Dog!! For me and Sydney, I've only had to use the Beep and BUZZ/Vibrate (Which made her leap into the air with Surprise!!) Just what I needed!
The directions for the item were not user friendly. The vibration mode was easy but trying to change the shock level was difficult.
Did not work as advertised, my GSP is color trained but this product had no effect whatsoever on her response when activated. Buyer beware
