Form Fit
Extremely comfortable , well fitting and excellent quality. Medium is more like a small to x-small. Not loose fitting in case that is what you are looking for.

Slimming
My son loves it. He's 5”9. , 258 and has the sz 2X. It gives him a smoother look across the chest and slightly slims him down. He didn't want it to squeeze him but make his clothes look neater. The shirt is long enough to not rise up. It totally boost his confidence so I'll order more. Definitely recommend. Oh yeah the shirt is thin but great quality. Breathable for the hot summer

They seem to work good the first time you wear it and then it does nothing. I would recommend you spend a little more money these don't seem worth it.

It's an ok shirt
Nice undershirt if you are looking for a sleek fitting undershirt that offers moderate support. If you are looking for something that actually smooths or trims down the effects of gynecomastia and tummy then this is not the one. Has very little effect in those areas. I normally wear a large and saw comments that it runs large so I bought a medium. It was tight going on but after it was on just didn't do anything. I would not buy another

The material is very good. However, it does not slim the check and stomach. The size runs small. The top digs into your skin leaving marks.
