I love wearing this compression shirts to workout, because they are very comfortable and breathable. Also helps me to have a good posture and hide all my rolls.

Be careful getting the size right. I got mine a size smaller %26 its just right. It really helps with sensory overload. You'll need help the first time or two but with practice you can get it on. Its well made too and comfortable. I really like it.

I have a 42" waist and weigh 240lbs and I cannot get this on. According to the size chart, a 'Large' should fit up to a 47" waist and up to 252lbs. It is at least two sizes smaller than the size chart suggests.
