Great for recent weight loss management. I have recently lost about 30 lbs and have a tummy and a little gyno and this is great to assist in looking good. It will not hold everything and I am not sure of the longevity of the product but first blush is it works, nice price and is comfortable. Note--This is not a corset and will not let you put a sleeping bag in a sock tube. Also this is low enough to wear a dress shirt under and smooth enough not to show compression band around your torso giving it away that you are wearing something. It has not pinched me under the arms or pulled hair yet either so I am happy so far.

It definitely made it look better. However, the compression at times caused the breast tissue to sag more creating a female-like contour that sometimes could look weird. I think this could be solved by finding a way to imitate a male muscular chest on the shirt to hide the sagging from the compression. This shirt doesn't take away the strange look of your gynecomastia, but it will definitely hide the breast tissue enough to allow people to doubt whether you actually have female breasts. That makes it worth wearing in my opinion.

so I purchased this just wondering what it was all about and if it would really work and it said to get a size lower than what you normally would where inserts so I did and I received it and it was good quality but I don't think it was that strong where it needed to be. after I got the sucker on with some effort it really didn't make a difference. so I guess I'm going to go ahead and buy from another manufacturer and see if there's a difference in the strength of the material. hope this helps.

The compression is minimal, not enough to compensate for even a modest case of gynecomastia. The one I tried on already had a run in the fabric, and the depth of the arm openings promote side extrusions that would definitely show under a moderately tight shirt.
