Rolls on thick and sticks well
this rolled on thick and dried fast, its black, so you will want to cover it up with a white coat of roof paint or it will get hot inside, but it worked well and id buy it again

Works perfectly
A bit hesitant to apply it in my class C motorhome,but I'm happy with the result,perfect sealed my roof,patched some crack with butyl tape,applied primer twice and painted it,

Amazing water sealer
This stuff is great, very easy to apply, but really my thoughts are if the can was opened you really need to use it all, it won't last on a shelf for long, It dry's so fast to a good finish, but I recommend 2 coatings

this stuff is awesome. the rubber membrane i put down stuck to this the best. i did 1 window before i bought this and i was able to pull off the membrane easily. once the membrane was put on after this primer it was solid. i have total confidence this is a good product if you wanna do your flashing properly.

Lanco Aqua-Proof Primer excellent product
I used this primer along with Lanco's Urethanizer Roof Sealer and the combination works great for sealing / waterproofing cracked - old torch-down.
