Lanco Color Collection Flat Interior Wall & Trim Paint, Galaxy Black , 1 Gallon

I love this paint. I painted a chest that was wood with minimal prep. I've painted several windows trim. I like this paint more than cans I paid double for. It's thick enough I think you can stretch it if you have to but at this price why would you.

I ordered 2 cans and one of the cans did have some spillage. I don't know if marking the box with a “fragile” sticker would make a difference but you would think that with most of your customers having this same issue, something would be done to prevent this problem . Also aside from that, I really didn't like this product because of the coverage, the coverage I wanted took about 3 coats to achieve, plus it smells bad.

The paint itself is pretty cool. However the package was banged up and had been opened and paint was leaking out when it got to us.

I ordered (2) 1 gallon paint and this is what I got: This paint I didn't order not even for the replacement paint. So far in the past week I've received one order of 1 gallon of (Lanco) Black Acrylic latex Satin Finish paint that was damaged useable and you told me that I was getting a replacement but it's arrival was totally not the right color (white). Also I have not received the second gallon of Lanco Black Flat Finish paint. This is a disaster. I almost want to forget painting my dining room table for the holidays. Please, can someone fix my problem?

It went on my wood very thinly and took many coats too! It was like oil to water on my wood. It had ti completely dry one layer at a time over 3 days!

If I could give no stars I would. You guys sent me off white paint. The order is for Galaxy Black. Wow. How do you mess that one up? Dyslexia yin/yang? Dang. I guess I'll just make my own black.

I've tried to order this paint twice and never received it. The first time, CS guaranteed me that if I reordered I wouldn't have a problem and silly me believed them. This second time I was told I could reorder for pick, when I told her that I CANNOT order for pick up because the site doesn't let you, they again guaranteed me that I could set it for pick up but guess what, when you try to set for pick up, EVER location says it is NOT available for pick up. I know it's tempting because is cheap but you'll never get what you order. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere

Never was delivered. they smashed it before it was shipped. They canceled the order without any notification after I spoke with a rep to make sure I would receive a replace ment...I never received a refund or the paint...do yourself a favor pick another store as I had two orders placed within a week and both were screwed up

Purchased 2 gallons to paint my living room. they were not the same color. 🙄 yeah so now what right 🤷🏼‍♀️

The Paint arrived and spilled in the Bottom of the Packing box. It was also stuck in the box. There was a good bit missing or I would have just used it. I ordered another and a replacement. Color looks like a Pink Suede..PRETTY!
