In over 25 years of dog ownership, this is probably the easiest to use scoop I've owned. Con, the bucket can be difficult to swing back into place sometimes. Still, not a huge deal and pretty easy to resolve. I *think* metal would be more durable but I can't say for sure. I do worry about longevity with it being primarily made of plastic. Those are really the only cons I can think of. Pros I love the bags, I twist the excess bag and push it through the holder on one side. The scoop is large enough that I can pick up after my 25lbs Boston and 55lbs Pitty every day and only need to change the bag every 3-5 days. The bags keep the scoop clean, and the scoop is large enough to hold several days worth of poop before needing to be changed. Again, I'm really very happy with this purchase.

This makes poop picking up a breeze, no hands involved. The only thing I would comment is that sometimes the yellow cap gets stuck and needs a little jiggle to open. Other than that, the product works great!

its really cheaply made and it doesn't seem like something thats going to last long but it will do the job for now. I wouldn't buy this again or recommend it

Not as sturdy or easy to use as it seems. You have something in both hands and the bucket tends to flip the wrong direction. The scooper doesn't really do a good job in grass. However, we've been using for maybe 4 months or so and it hasn't broken. Doesn't do the best job but it's better than picking up with just a bag.

I like this well enough. While I'd prefer something a little more heavy duty, I do like the ease of the bag system. I expected more out of the rake but it gets the job done. I have a 100 lb mastiff mix and a 60lb doodle and it takes care of their business!

On the whole I like this set of scooper and rake and the extra gift of a small portablebag holder is handy for walks. As for the scooper set, the easy job it makes of neatly picking up dog poop is great and with the bags lining it keeps it clean and makes disposal easier. I have several of the portable bag holders and extra bags but by covering the rake with a bag( it can be attached like with the bin) it's even easier to skip messy cleanups plus for the bin itself, grocery bags can also be used by tucking the handles under the attachment point on top. Since I'm down to just a very small dog, I sometimes wait until the end of the day or after the next morning to change the bag and the way this is made it keeps the contents out of sight and closes well.

My little dog had to do her business on the deck this winter. The snow has finally melted enough to clean up. I was exicted to use this and was not disappointed!! It comes with a bunch of bags, but i just used plastic grocery bags and it still worked great. The handle and rake are long enough that I didn't have to bend over while using it. I love that my hands stayed clean. I won't post pics of the results because that's gross haha but I really recommend this!

Works great don't have to bend over and dont have to touch anything.

Missing a piece. Had to return. So now the convenience of shopping online turned into a trip to Walmart.
