This has a piece of plastic underneath, which holds the pieces of stone together, so when you put it flat on your counter, even with the flimsy netting they give you to put underneath, you'll have a bunch of water underneath. Only, it's UNDERNEATH PLASTIC, which will damage your counter. My solution was to put some thin pieces of wood lenghth-wise, to hold it just above the counter, so any water that seeps under can evaporate. Now, the drying stone: FABULOUS. It sucks the drips in, and if you can get the stone just a smidgen off the counter, you'll love it, as well, also. I have a bamboo drying rack, so anyone concerned about their wooden drying rack getting mold, this drying stone will prevent it. Highly recommend.

I like the look but it has seperation in between each stone where water will go. I also am confused why they are taped.

Overall, the product is OK. I did have an issue with it the first week because something discolored it and I reached out to the seller. They did not respond so I'm not happy about that communication so be wary everyone purchasing from this person.

Never received from vendor of course. Delay delay delay and order cancelled by Walmart and money refunded. BUT why offer products I can never get???? Must be product shipment location. Ordered from Amazon, got in 24 hours and love my Amazon product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT EVER.
