I just received the NEXPORE hair remover today, and haven't even used it yet. paid $59.00 and now, 4 days later it is $41.00. I don't believe I should be charged the extra amount. Also I can't find this item anywhere to review it and see how to operate it. Patty Leigh

Literally doesn't work. I've used it for 4 weeks and on my chest, neck and face I've been using it 3-4 times per week. I don't see much difference. It is also very hot and the cool that it gave out the first few treatments is now hotter then the surface of the sun. I don't trust a lot of these reviews as they seem fake. I'll give it a few more weeks and then take it in for a refund for one that is far more respectable and has real reviews on many sites.

I bought this for facial hair removal. It’s advertised for facial hair removal and says on the box that it is “perfect for whole body.” The box specifically says “perfect for using on the face.” However, when you read the directions, it says “do not use it on your face, or even below your face.”

Website claims and images claims that item works on light brown hair but the box and box instructions state that it does not work on light brown hair at all no matter the complexion. Also, website states works on black / dark brown skin tones but again the box states it will NOT Remove ANY hair on dark skin tones.
