Olay Cleanse Gentle Foaming Face Cleanser for All Skin Types, 6.7 fl oz

I've used this facial cleaner for years now. Only need a small amount, light soap, rinses off well. Because it is in a pump, the soap stays cleaner protected from getting bacteria in it, so you have a clean wash every day. I have rosacea, and this cleaner does not irritate my skin or cause it to get red.

Olay Cleanse Gentle Foaming Face Wash, 6.7 fl oz I was looking for a face wash that does not dry my skin, and this face wash fits the bill. It has no scent and has a mild foaming action. After washing my face it feels clean and soft, I have been using it for a few weeks now and have been very pleased with my purchase. I have had no breakouts, no sensitivity to the lathering.

Been using this product for over a decade. It’s not fragranced and gentle on skin. It leaves my normal skin feeling balanced. Not stripped, not oily. This is my budget cleanser, will use department store occasionally. My 13 year old boy and 18 year old girl request this. It’s gentle for hormonal skin as well.

I'm so glad this product is available and hope it remains so for a long time. It is the BEST gentle cleanser on the market. I have used a pharmacy only product since I was 15. I don't have acne at age 53, but, I use this product a few times a month to keep my skin smooth.I could not find a gentle cleanser or bar soap. I tried the ones that were recommended and they were harsh and drying. Then, years ago at a Walmart I talked to a beautiful 70 year old woman who was buying 4 bottles! I had to know what was so special! She looked very well to do. She said "Hon, I can buy SOAP for a hundred bucks but I'm not that DUMB!" Well, I tried Olay Foaming Face Wash Sensitive and many many bottles later.........! Thanks so much!!

Results not as stated on label. Product comes out as a cream. Doesn't foam as indicated on label. Tried cloth as instructed but results less than with bar soap. Will not waste my money on this product again. Olay's regular cleaner is as stated on its label.

I'm so disappointed!!!! I have been using this cleanser for probably 10 years and now I have to hunt and test other products because they changed this formula drastically. I will never understand when a company has reoccurring customers that love a product and then the PR team goes “yep time to change it” WHYYYYY. I recently bought another bottle of this cleanser and when I went to use it for the first time today I was shocked at how awful it has become. The old bottle on the left that just says “cleanse” was my tried and true. It was truly fragrance free, perfect for ultra sensitive skin, eczema prone skin, taking off makeup, even comfortable and non stinging around the eyes and lathered with a beautiful silky texture. Now, this new formula immediately upon the texture is like a thick weird gelatinous texture almost cottage cheesy (no it's not expired), with a horrible chemical smell. Borderline acetone scented, and as soon as it touched my skin I broke out into a red rash. Had to immediately wash off and use cold water and an ultra soothing lotion to calm my skin down. I will not be repurchasing and now unfortunately have to find a new product that will suit my skin. Who ever is on the Olay team that made that change, I hope you have an itch you can't ever scratch. You literally ruined my skin and a loyal returning customer of 10 years for cheapening your product. TERRIBLE AND SHAMEFUL

Product was expired, texture was very bad. One day I went to return it but customer service was already close and was told due to not having enough staffing. Haven’t had time to go back and return it.

This face wash is HORRIBLE! What happened to the original oil of olay face wash that came in this same package titled Cleanse? Now it comes in cleanse PURIFIER and it doesn't even lather up and it has salicylic acid in the ingredients that IS NOT for sensitive skin and it makes your face red and strips moisture! I hate it! Don't buy it! Bring back the original formula with No salicylic acid!

They recently changed the formula again, and I do not like it at all. Feels very cheap and watery, leaves my face feeling slickery, dry and gross. I guess too many people complaining about the pump, all you had to do was pump it 10-15 times to get it going - now a great product is ruined :-( And yes I do realize that is quite a bit of pumping to get it going, but change the pump not the product.

this cleanser is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend this product for anyone, especially those with sensitive skin. This cleanser has no foaming action, period. It is sticky feeling on the skin and does not completely rinse clean. It leaves behind a thick coating of film on the skin. I generally have sensitive, dry skin that is prone to redness. I occasionally get one or two blemishes near my chin, but acne is not a problem for me at all. After using this product two times, I've broken out in horrible pimples all over my face and neck. There are so many bumps and zits all over my forehead, cheeks, nose and even on my neck. Everywhere this cleanser touched is now horrible acne. You couldn't pay me to use it ever again!
